Rezydencja Piękna Nova is an exclusive six-storey apartment block in the prestigious part of the Śródmieście district. It is a historic neighbourhood with pre-war houses, the area dominated by villas occupied by various embassies and offices. Piękna Nova was designed by the Bulanda Mucha Architekci studio. Both the original U-shape as well as the intriguing combination of the front elevation replicating a 19th-century townhouse with modern style elements attract attention. That way Rezydencja Piękna Nova combines two dominant styles of this part of the city. Finishes are dominated by precious natural materials: stone, exotic wood and sandstone.
The building consists of 74 apartments. All use the most advanced technologies including a central security system and the smart home system that helps adjust air conditioning, heating and lighting according to individual preferences.
